You can easily and safely remove scales attached to glass and mirrors!
Traditionally, the process of removing phosphorescent streaks (scales) that have adhered to glass or mirrors is very time-consuming, and in many cases, severe adhesion makes it impossible to remove them completely. Electric sanders equipped with diamond pads or cerium pads are used, along with glass polishing agents for the removal process, but occasionally, this can result in scratches on the glass. Additionally, some professionals use strong acids, which can lead to the glass surface becoming etched and cloudy. Scale Busters, however, can be applied to the glass surface and left for just 10 minutes to lift the adhered scales, significantly reducing the subsequent work time. Furthermore, since the scales are lifted, less force is needed during the polishing process, which also reduces the risk of scratching the glass.

basic information
1. Start the work after removing any dirt or debris from the glass surface. 2. Soak the included non-woven fabric with an appropriate amount of Scale Busters and apply it evenly, then let it sit for about 10 minutes. 3. After 10 minutes, if there are light scale deposits, polish with the included non-woven fabric; if the adhesion is severe, use Spot Removable (sold separately) for polishing. Using a hand pad or orbital sander is efficient. 4. Rinse and clean thoroughly. Additionally, to prevent re-adhesion of scale, apply a water-repellent treatment with Persider Coat (sold separately). (Hydrophilic types are also available.)

Company information
Currently, most of the paints used worldwide are "organic paints." Organic paints contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which contribute to environmental pollution and public nuisance. The "coco inorganic line" is a groundbreaking paint and coating agent that contains no organic compounds and is primarily made of organopolysiloxane. It possesses unparalleled weather resistance due to its lack of degradation from ultraviolet rays and moisture. Additionally, it features characteristics not found in conventional paints, such as being solvent-free and odorless, ensuring both worker safety and environmental protection during application. Furthermore, being a room-temperature curing type means it does not require a heat source during drying, significantly contributing to CO2 reduction. However, no matter how good the materials are, their performance cannot be realized without proper and reliable application. Moreover, due to the solvent-free nature, if the drying time is excessively long, it can lead to increased costs due to prolonged application. It is essential to discern the materials, use reliable products correctly, and execute precise application, which requires highly skilled technicians. Our company has such technicians. We, Cosmo Coating, can consistently handle everything from product development to overall application.
