The low-temperature operating valve protects water pipes from freezing in winter. When the temperature reaches a level at which there is a risk of freezing, the thermoelement, which is the temperature control element, detects the ambient temperature and opens the low-temperature operating valve to drain water, allowing warm water from underground to flow in and prevent freezing. Additionally, the thermoelement detects when the temperature of the warm underground water eliminates the risk of freezing and automatically closes the valve. This product performs all of the above functions automatically and maintenance-free without the need for electricity.
