[Proven Performance] Small Winch Manual Self-Locking Winch 100kg
SWM-100-12 SWM-100L-12
The compact design ensures safety, as the luggage won't fall even if you take your hands off the handle while in operation!
The "S-Winch" is a compact and lightweight winch equipped with a new self-locking mechanism (Shoji-Lock). It has an appearance almost identical to the popular 50 kgf type, but offers a maximum rope pulling force of 100 kgf. It achieves a compact and lightweight design with a sleek appearance, allowing for space-saving. It can rotate in both forward and reverse directions and locks in place when stopped. It can be widely used in areas without power, as well as for disaster preparedness and energy-saving measures. Additionally, since it is not a ratchet, it operates very quietly, making it suitable for nighttime work and environments such as hospitals and stage equipment. *For more details, please visit our official website or feel free to contact us.*

Company information
The load-holding function equipped reduction mechanism (shoji-lock) has been developing applied products such as winches and rack jacks since the early 2000s. Steady sales activities have borne fruit, and it has begun to be adopted for various applications. Unlike conventional worm reduction gears with self-locking functions where the input and output shafts are orthogonal, this mechanism has them aligned in a straight line (inline), allowing for a compact design and space-saving, which has received high praise, resulting in a diverse range of practical examples. (Patents have been obtained in Japan, the United States, the EU (Germany, France, the UK), China, South Korea, and Taiwan.) Furthermore, starting in April 2023, we launched a new business for overseas parts procurement, beginning with Vietnam. Currently, a majority of our parts are also procured overseas, and we hope to leverage our achievements and network to assist companies struggling with cost reduction in parts procurement.
