The thermal (heat) anemometer NS-WT series has a sensor that is constantly heated to a constant temperature, and when cooled by airflow, the temperature is maintained by a protective circuit. The overheat current at that time is proportional to the airflow velocity (wind speed). The temperature is measured by a thermistor sensor.
