This device is a dip coater (coating device) that can coat multiple sheets of glass and metal simultaneously, taking chemical resistance into consideration. The liquid-contact parts use PTFE material, and PTFE coating and static electricity countermeasures are implemented. The circulation mechanism can be replaced, allowing for different coating liquids to be dip-coated by preparing multiple circulation mechanisms. It has a stroke of 300mm and accommodates target sizes of W100×H100mm. Equipped with a coating liquid circulation mechanism, it can maintain a stable liquid condition at all times. The design also considers chemical resistance, making it suitable for long processing times and high-frequency operation.
