【Definition of Anchor Integrated Liner】 ○ An adjustment plate provided between the base and the concrete foundation, etc., to accurately install the base (the underside of the base is machined and finished smoothly). ○ A jig that allows adjustment of the mating surface between the anchor part fixed to the concrete foundation as an after-installed anchor and the machined machine base using a screw mechanism. ○ The liner requires a sufficient surface area to withstand the axial load generated by the equipment's weight and the tightening torque of the anchor bolt's fixing nut, and the surface pressure must be significantly lower than the concrete strength. ○ The liner shares the load of the equipment base tightening force and the forces during operation with the anchor bolts that mount the equipment body. ○ The liner is generally installed on both sides of the anchor bolts. ○ The thickness of the liner's top surface should be 6t or less. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
