Zacon® Glide Ring D

The revolutionary seal design using new seal materials achieves extended lifespan and improved reliability of hydraulic equipment. The Zarkon® Glide Ring D is manufactured from a specially developed polyurethane material, Zarkon® Z13, designed to withstand a maximum pressure of 50 MPa and a temperature range of up to 120°C. As a result, the seal has a long lifespan even under harsh conditions. Additionally, it possesses excellent mechanical and elastic properties, allowing the seal to maintain its resilience and be used without requiring precise machining on the inner surface of the cylinder tube. The main applications of the Zarkon® Z13 Glide Ring D are hydraulic equipment for vehicles such as construction machinery, civil engineering machinery, cranes, and forklifts. The Glide Ring D offers excellent resilience and dynamic characteristics and can be used with mineral oils, biodegradable hydraulic fluids, and fire-resistant aqueous hydraulic fluids. It has a hardness of 60 degrees Shore D and is characterized by excellent wear resistance, extrusion resistance, and hydrolysis resistance.
