Silent rack with exhaust duct

- Issue The introduction of a silent rack allows for noise reduction while achieving optimal airflow within the rack. However, if there are "local heat accumulations" around the rack or in the room, sufficient machine cooling cannot be achieved. In particular, in small booths separated by office partitions, there are limited escape routes for heat, leading to the formation of an "exhaust loop" where exhaust air circulates back to the machine's intake side. - Solution By extending the exhaust heat duct from the back of the silent rack, heat can be diffused throughout the entire floor without being released into the booth, thereby distributing the air conditioning load. This is a convenient heat diffusion system that does not require building construction. It includes the formulation of individual dedicated racks based on machine configuration and airflow design for the entire floor through on-site surveys. - Achievement of Objectives Concentration on work in a quiet office, increased work efficiency, and ultimately improved results. Stable operation with appropriate machine cooling, risk reduction, extended lifespan, and reduced long-term operational costs.
