The temperature difference inside the rack compared to room temperature can be as much as minus 10 to 15 degrees! The "20°C construction package" consists of a system that utilizes low-cost home air conditioners or existing air conditioning to direct cool air into the quiet rack. It provides ideal machine operation without the need for expensive expenditures on building air conditioning or dedicated coolers. There is no need to cool the entire room with the air conditioner. As long as the inside of the quiet rack is cool, the goal is achieved. Therefore, a small home air conditioner is sufficient for the cooling capacity required. If it is a small air conditioner independent of the building's air conditioning, it can avoid the risk of temperature rise even if the air conditioning stops at night or on holidays. The cool air from the air conditioner is forced into the chamber box by a built-in fan unit. With bypass flow paths provided in two locations, temperature adjustment and trouble avoidance are thoroughly ensured. By adjusting the air conditioner alone, it is possible to control the mix of cool air and room temperature intake, and when the air conditioner stops, it smoothly transitions to normal room temperature intake without any loss of airflow.
