This is a device that can perform the "thermal cycling test" for architectural finishing materials as specified in JIS A 6909. It can also be used for the "freeze-thaw test method in air" as described in JIS A 1435 for exterior building materials. Additionally, it is capable of conducting "wet-dry cycling tests" as an optional application. It features an energy-efficient design that reduces heat loss and power consumption through its unique structure. Maintenance considerations have also been taken into account. 【Features】 - During "immersion": The unique upper and lower dual-chamber structure allows constant temperature water to circulate from the water tank at the bottom of the test chamber, eliminating heat loss. - During "cooling": Warm water naturally falls back from the test chamber to the water tank, reducing the energy required for circulation. - The fan motor for cold air circulation is external, minimizing troubles and simplifying maintenance. - Easy operation via a touch panel. - The self-diagnosis function provides peace of mind in case of trouble. - The direct circulation structure ensures stable temperature distribution.
