Rapid and reliable fastening with light-curing adhesive. It can be used on various materials with a short curing time.
Onserts can be used not only with standard materials such as steel, aluminum, and resin, but also with glass and CFRP. In situations where mechanical fastening or welding cannot be used, a transparent plastic mount is formed and bonded using light-curing adhesive. Onserts are effective in cases where it is difficult to process the base material, such as drilling pilot holes, in areas where welding is impossible, or where appearance is a major concern. For assembly, dedicated hand tools as well as automation options are available. 【Features】 - Short curing time (< 4 seconds) - No need for pilot holes - Fastening to thin plates - Usable on surface-treated base materials - Excellent design quality - Compatible with various base materials - No heat generation

basic information
Using LED-curing adhesive allows for the installation of bolts, nuts, and other fasteners on various substrates without the need for pre-drilling. The curing time of the adhesive is under 4 seconds, making it suitable for production lines with strict takt times. This innovative technology can be used in various fields, such as lightweight structures in the aerospace industry or the installation of cover panels in the automotive sector. The adhesive method ensures that fasteners are not visible from the back side of the substrate. Whether it is steel, aluminum, or plastic, all types of parts can be easily fastened in a single step. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
