A new constant temperature water circulation device with the controller and heat exchange tank separated from the main unit!
Until now, conventional constant temperature water circulation devices had their operation and measurement panels located outside the main unit, making it difficult to notice equipment troubles or abnormal water temperatures. Additionally, it was necessary to go outside to set the operating parameters. Marui's new constant temperature water circulation device is designed to separate the controller from the main unit, allowing it to be installed indoors. This enables management of operations within the testing room, and the equipped alarm buzzer and abnormal lamp allow for quick detection of any potential issues. Furthermore, temperature control and circulation of the conditioning tank are carried out using a "heat exchange tank" that is separated from the main unit, preventing the clogging of equipment piping with calcium carbonate as seen in conventional systems. Additionally, features have been added to reduce the adhesion of calcium carbonate to the heat exchange coils and circulation pumps, thereby minimizing the effort required for coil cleaning and enhancing usability.
