The RailQor series from SynQor is designed in accordance with the European railway standard EN50155 for railway products (LED displays, audio amplifiers, safety monitoring devices, lighting, communication systems). It features next-generation DC-DC converters that are board-mounted, isolated, and based on fixed switching frequency, utilizing synchronous rectifier technology to achieve high efficiency even at low output. The Mega series, in the 1/4 brick format with power ratings of 25 to 50W, generates extremely low heat and can be used without derating under conditions of ambient temperatures up to 85°C without airflow or heatsinks. Each converter comes with a case to protect it from the harsh environments commonly found in various industrial applications (robots, displays, factory automation, power generation systems) as well as in railway and transportation applications.
