The precision liquid supply system "CEM" (Controlled Evaporation and Mixing) is an innovative liquid delivery system (LDS) applicable to atmospheric and vacuum processes. The vapor generation system consists of a liquid flow regulator, MFC for carrier gas, temperature-controlled mixing valve, and evaporation unit. The system can handle liquid flow rates from 0.25 to 1200 g/h, resulting in the production of saturated vapor flows from 50 mln/min to 100 ln/min. The bubbler system can be replaced with this system.
