Inquire About This Product
basic information
By reviewing the structure of the device and adopting a V-chip (upper and lower electrode) structure, the luminous efficiency has significantly improved. High output is achieved with a large area chip measuring 1.05mm square. The 6SVG series offers five types with wavelengths of 365nm, 375nm, 385nm, 395nm, and 405nm, while the 6SMG series offers two types with wavelengths of 365nm and 385nm as high-output products. These are suitable for light sources for sensors, light sources for light curing devices, light sources for exposure machines, light sources for air purifiers, and light sources for medical/bio-testing, among others. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Applications/Examples of results
This is a venture company established in April 2000 in collaboration with the Institute of Nitride Semiconductors at Tokushima University. It successfully developed the world's first high-efficiency UV-LED at 350nm and announced and manufactured three wavelengths of UV-LED at 375nm, 370nm, and 365nm starting the following year. UV-LEDs are mainly used as light sources for sensors such as banknote identification machines, as light sources for chemical reactions to cure resins, and as light sources for air purifiers in combination with photocatalysts. Additionally, applications are being developed in various fields, including DNA analysis in the bio field, testing in the medical field, blood glucose sensors, insect traps in agriculture, fruit sorting machines, and even fluorescent penetrant testing. ● For more details, please contact us.
