Case study of a filling machine model! A design that is easy to visualize with LED effects and rotation of the main part.
**Overview of Model Production** At the request of a device manufacturer, we created a model of a machine that fills PET bottles with beverages such as soft drinks and caps them. Since it is a food machine, the actual device prominently features polished stainless steel parts. In this model, the main components are finished with brass material that has been plated. **Key Features of This Model** - The rotation of the main part evokes the operational movements of the actual device. - By illuminating with LEDs of different colors for each part, the visual effect is enhanced. **Behind the Scenes of Production** - Just before completion, due to carelessness, the model was dropped and damaged, requiring significant rework and causing inconvenience to the customer. Kyoritsu Models has a proven track record of responding to various requests, including product models, facility models such as plants, and models representing energy flow. If you are struggling with product promotion, please feel free to consult us. ◆ Currently, we are offering a free digest version of a catalog featuring selected examples of model production! *Please download and view the catalog from the link below.*
