The small automatic backwash filter 6.04 can automatically clean its interior (backwash) while filtering. Unlike a cyclone, it uses a mesh-type filter element that reliably captures debris such as chips. Despite being a mesh type, it eliminates the need for frequent replacement and cleaning tasks required by conventional wound filters and bag filters, as well as the associated operational downtime. This contributes to labor-saving and unmanned operations. Instead of a basket-type filter element, it employs a candle-type filter element, which features a larger filtration area per unit volume.
