The mold for the container accidentally trapped a nut during pressing, which created unevenness on the surface of the mold, rendering it unusable. Since disposing of it and purchasing a new one is a very expensive option, we would like to explore the possibility of repairing and reusing it. (The surface has also been treated with surface processing (hard anodizing)). Issues: 1. The new mold is very expensive (several million yen) and has a long lead time due to being from an overseas manufacturer. 2. Because it is made of aluminum, general welding processes are difficult. 3. It is necessary to address both the shape repair of the aluminum itself and the surface treatment.

Surface treatment (plating/coating) will also be carried out as needed. Points: 1. Welding repair of aluminum products, which is usually difficult, is possible. 2. Without drawings, we trace the shape from similar parts of the actual item for final finishing. 3. We manage the entire process from plating removal → shape repair and finishing → re-plating. *Note: Extremely high precision for shape repair is challenging.
