B is not insulated due to the presence of alkaline steam and the need to open the top for maintenance. 3. High temperature at the installation points requires insulation materials with heat resistance (constantly above 90°C).

We propose a special elastomer-based independent bubble insulation material that can be easily installed by customers without hindering the removal and attachment of piping. Points: 1. The tube type is easy to install on piping and is very flexible due to the foam (sponge), allowing it to accommodate 90-degree elbows. 2. There is also a sheet type that can follow minor protrusions. 3. This product features independent bubbles, which provide very low air and moisture permeability compared to conventional fiberglass or polystyrene foam, resulting in high thermal insulation performance. 4. It has good weather resistance, making it suitable for outdoor use, and it is non-combustible with minimal smoke generation during combustion. 5. The surface has a membrane, providing high waterproofing and stable insulation performance without the need for an outer covering material. 6. It can be used over a wide temperature range from -57°C to 125°C. 7. It can be easily retrofitted to existing piping and can also be used as an inexpensive safety cover to prevent burns. 8. Cutting is easy, and the cut surfaces can be sealed or bonded with a special adhesive for waterproofing.
