I wanted to carry out the filling of mineral water bottles in a cleaner environment, but I was struggling to achieve this due to space constraints. The building has a low ceiling, and with the filling equipment and tanks present, it is not possible to create a clean area using a booth and installing a ceiling-mounted FFU (Fan Filter Unit). There is also a desire to install an air shower, but there is no room for that either. Issues: 1. There is a desire for filling to be done in a clean environment to achieve high quality. 2. The required cleanliness level is Class 10000. 3. There is no space or ceiling height to install a booth. 4. There is a desire to install an air shower, but there is no space available.

Due to space constraints, it was difficult to create a booth, so I proposed cleaning while using the existing room. Fortunately, the walls and ceiling are made of decorative calcium silicate board with a painted finish, and by caulking the small gaps and then cleaning, it was possible to achieve a cleanliness level of Class 10000. We realized the cleaning by partially removing the existing wall and installing a floor-mounted high-volume FFU to circulate the air within the room. I also proposed the installation of a slim-type air shower by partially removing the wall near the existing entrance. Points: 1. Utilize the room walls as much as possible, and by caulking and cleaning the gaps, achieve Class 10000 compliance. 2. Remove existing walls, install a floor-mounted FFU, and achieve cleaning. 3. Remove the area near the existing entrance and install a slim-type air shower. 4. Restore the walls after the equipment installation.
