The manufacturer of the crusher needed to improve the working environment for contract processing of crushing and micronization. Operations were being conducted in a corner of the factory, but there was a risk of foreign matter contamination during the input of raw materials for crushing. Customer surveys also indicated a demand for improvements in the working environment, and the establishment of a clean lab was required to align with the trend of advancing micronization. Additionally, since cleaning with organic solvents was involved in the work, not only was it necessary to ensure cleanliness, but exhaust equipment compliant with various regulations, such as the Labor Safety and Health Act, was also required. Issues: 1. Increased risk of foreign matter contamination during nano-level crushing processing (as pointed out by customers). 2. Appropriate exhaust equipment is necessary due to the use of organic solvents. 3. Considering the possibility of changing the layout of the crusher and workability, a large space without columns is more user-friendly. 4. Temperature control is necessary to maintain consistent testing conditions.

The planned installation location has the same environment as the outside air separated by a shutter, so we designed it using high-insulation cleanroom panels to ensure stable temperature control and airtightness. The existing floor is in a condition that requires repainting, and there is also a drainage channel, so we will fill it with mortar and then finish it with chemical-resistant paint. The exhaust will be proposed to be routed from the ceiling using flexible ducts to the necessary locations in each of the two rooms, and then expelled to the outside air from exhaust fans installed above the ceiling. Points: 1. Use high-insulation exterior wall panels. 2. The floor will be repainted with chemical-resistant paint. The existing drainage channel will be filled with mortar. 3. To maintain cleanliness, exhaust will be processed through a total of 10 flexible ducts while considering the balance of supply and exhaust air. 4. Package air conditioners will be installed in each room as stable air conditioning equipment, supplying air through HEPA filters.
