We received an inquiry from the film manufacturer regarding the transfer of filter production, expressing a desire to install the existing clean booth in another factory. Issues: 1. Due to the limited installation space, the existing booth cannot be installed in its original shape. 2. There are diagonal braces (structural building materials) protruding in part of the installation area, causing interference with the ceiling. 3. The access route to the new installation site is narrow.

I proposed to take precise measurements of the relocation site and make significant changes to the size to fit the location. For part of the building's roof, the customer will make modifications, and for the sections of the slanted brace beams that cannot be altered, I designed the clean booth with a height adjustment to fit. For the areas that would become openings due to the reduction, I added new frames and panels to create a design suitable for the room at the relocation site. Points: 1. Minimal modifications to fit the room at the relocation site. Only the necessary booths (reducing the number of rooms from 6 to 3) will be installed to fit within the specified space. 2. Lowering part of the ceiling height from H2400 to H2073 and creating a stepped structure to avoid interference with the building. 3. Confirming the delivery route in advance and disassembling both the booth and air shower to a size that can be brought in.
