A food processing machinery manufacturer consulted us because they were experiencing issues with their furikake production machine, where products were sticking in the feeder's chute and bucket, causing them trouble. Issues: 1. Currently, a fluororesin coating is applied, but it is still not effective enough, so a more effective surface treatment is needed. 2. If the stuck furikake is left in an old state, there is a possibility that it will mix with the freshly produced new products. 3. Frequently removing the stuck products requires significant effort, including disassembling the machine.

It has far greater abrasion resistance and durability than fluoropolymer coatings. 4. It can be coated on stainless steel substrates. 5. It can accommodate large sizes (up to 2000×2000).
