A customer engaged in machining has received guidance to implement safety covers on machining, grinding machines, milling machines, and stamping machines as part of their internal safety measures. Consequently, they considered measuring, drafting, manufacturing, and installing these covers through a machine manufacturer, but it turned out to be prohibitively expensive compared to their budget application. Issues: 1. They want to install machine covers as a safety measure for machine tools. 2. Requesting design and manufacturing from a machine manufacturer is not cost-effective. 3. Due to budget constraints, they must reduce the scope of safety measures if using manufacturer installation.

We received a request to see if we could produce it at a low cost, and after careful discussions with the customer regarding material selection and shape, we proposed a cost plan that fits within the budget. By handling everything from design to production and installation in-house, we were able to achieve installation at one-third of the manufacturer's price. Points: Install 7 units of small size 600×1500 and large size 2000×2000×2000. 1. To achieve costs within the budget, we will reduce the thickness of the cover and increase reinforcements to cut costs. 2. The main body of the cover will be made of SS material. Polycarbonate sheets will be used for the door section, and expanded metal will be adopted for heat dissipation. The paint color can be specified at will from samples, allowing for a finish in the customer's desired image color. 3. Due to the narrow space at the front of the cover, there are limitations on the door opening and closing space. By changing from double doors to accordion doors, we can secure the specified effective opening. 4. To match the horizontal level of the equipment table, we will install adjusters to provide height adjustment functionality.
