Installation of KAMATA clean booth. A pre-chamber is established to prevent direct processing materials from entering the booth. 2. An air shower is installed at the entrance for workers to prevent dust generation from people. 3. Air conditioning control using a ceiling-mounted clean air conditioner. 4. Installation of an outlet with a chamber box and HEPA filter.
