● Securely seals thick gusset bags Despite being a compact tabletop type, it accommodates thick films, laminated bags, and thick gussets. ● Upper and lower heating method It heats not only from the bottom but also from the top. ● Heating and cooling time indicated by lamp color The timer lamp lights up red during heating and turns blue during cooling, allowing you to visually confirm the important "cooling time" for beautifully finished seals. Once cooling is complete, the blue indicator turns off, and a beep signals the end of sealing. ● Compatible with a variety of packaging materials The sealing pressure is set to match standard thickness bags at the factory, but the appropriate sealing pressure varies depending on the material and thickness of the bag. If the sealing pressure is not appropriate, the seal will be incomplete, so please adjust the sealing pressure using the pressure adjustment nut as needed. ● Uses a braided heater It employs a highly flexible braided heater that absorbs large steps, accommodating sealing of thick films, laminated bags, and thick gusset bags. The braided heater is made by weaving fine wires of nickel-chromium (NiCr) into a braided form, characterized by its high flexibility.
