I proposed repairing with ceramic materials. Repairs and finishing can be done simultaneously, and the construction time is possible in 1/2 to 1/3 of the time compared to conventional repair materials. Points: 1. The material hardens in 20 to 30 minutes when mixed with water, and it is a super-fast-drying material that allows walking on it within an hour without any issues. 2. The ceramic material is inorganic. It has no odor, is neutral, and hardens by reacting with water, making on-site repairs possible during food production. 3. It has high strength and excellent wear resistance, contributing to a longer lifespan. 4. For surface preparation and repairs, the construction area should be properly sealed, and dust should not be released outside using methods like vacuum blasting. 5. It has heat resistance up to 1200°C. There are no issues even if hot water spills. *Please consult us if a large spill is anticipated. 6. The short construction time allows for cost reduction.
