Using commercially available aluminum frames for customers to design and fabricate the cover themselves is very labor-intensive. 3. The existing product uses resin panels, which are prone to cracking and pose a risk of foreign object contamination, so we would like to use expanded metal, which has proven effective in other locations, as the material for the panels.

The KAMATA aluminum frame offers high design flexibility and can be manufactured in shapes that match the customer's equipment. 2. The structure allows for the inclusion of various materials, so the specified expanded metal can also be used. 3. If an opening is needed for maintenance, only the sheet material can be removed without disassembling the frame. 4. All necessary brackets and purchased items for installation to the main body can be designed and arranged by Kamata Industries. 5. We will carry out the installation work responsibly until the customer is satisfied. 6. The installation to the main body frame is a bolt-on structure, eliminating the need for extensive work during disassembly or line changes.
