We propose a hard urethane mat with magnet rubber that has high slip resistance, excellent weather resistance and abrasion resistance, and a high degree of adhesion with claws. Points: 1. Change the material from natural rubber to hard urethane rubber, which has good weather resistance and abrasion resistance. The surface material is selected to be water-resistant, using ether-based urethane rubber that is less prone to hydrolysis. 2. To improve adhesion with the claws and prevent peeling or shifting, the entire backside is coated with a strong magnet rubber. * The currently used product has about 10 circular magnets on the backside (approximately 1/3 of the total area of the claws), resulting in low adhesion. 3. Conduct a demonstration to allow customers to verify that there is no shifting or peeling of the cargo under expected conditions during actual operation. * We simulated conditions such as sudden stops, sharp turns, slopes, and rainy weather, and confirmed that there were no issues like shifting when water was sprayed with a hose during operation. * The magnets are strong, but they can be easily peeled off from the edges and are easy to attach and detach.
