A customer in food manufacturing has consulted us about automating the process of transferring powder, which is the raw material, into a mobile tank. Issues: 1. Currently, workers are carrying the raw material and climbing onto a platform to pour it into the tank (approximately 4 meters high). 2. The amount poured in one go is 25 kg, making it a very strenuous task. 3. Since the work is done at a height, it is also a dangerous task.

We proposed a system to install a feed hopper on the ground and convey materials to the tank using pneumatic transport (air transport). Points: 1. We will handle the raw powder materials to be transported, conduct test transports with various models, and select the optimal transport method and capacity. 2. Instead of creating new equipment installation frames, we will modify and use the existing frames. 3. Raw powder can be loaded into the feed hopper on the ground and can be fed into the tank 4 meters above with the push of a button. 4. Since continuous pneumatic transport equipment is expensive, we opted for a batch system. 5. To prevent the occurrence of bridging or rat holes, we adopted an aeration hopper that blows air from the entire inner surface.
