When products are not flowing, the sheet shutter blocks the opening to prevent the intrusion of wind and insects (automated by sensors). When products are flowing, an air curtain is proposed to prevent the entry of flying insects. Points: 1. To create a gap for the sheet shutter to lower, the existing conveyor is shortened, and a shorter conveyor is added. 2. When products are flowing, the sheet shutter is controlled to roll up by sending signals picked up by upstream sensors to the sheet shutter controller. A timer is also used to synchronize the timing. 3. A control panel is created to ensure that the air curtain operates when the sheet shutter is rolled up. 4. To eliminate gaps when the shutter is closed, covers are installed around the moving parts and the frame. 5. A rodent guard is installed below the opening to prevent walking insects and other pests from entering from below.
