We proposed the use of the ultra-fast-drying repair agent "Floor Patch FC" for repairing deteriorated mortar, along with the application of the coating agent "Safety Zone" for slip prevention and anti-slip treatment. Points: 1. "Floor Patch FC" has an excellent quick-drying feature with a usable time of 15 minutes and a curing time of 3 hours, allowing for construction within a limited timeframe. It can also be applied to wet mortar surfaces when used in conjunction with a primer. 2. "Safety Zone" is a roller-applied anti-slip coating agent. It is available in yellow, gray, black, and green to match the color of the floor surface. Additionally, there are two types: a single-component type that allows for thin application and a two-component low-odor type that was adopted this time.
