No clogging! A filtration filter that automatically backwashes while continuing operation. *Backwashing: Cleans the interior automatically.
The Ball Filter 6.64 is a filter with a proven track record in the filtration of parts cleaning liquids, used by major automobile manufacturers, suppliers, and machine tool manufacturers. Unlike cyclones, it is a mesh type that reliably captures and filters debris such as metal shavings. It automatically performs internal cleaning (backwashing) in parallel with filtration. Therefore, if used correctly, it can: - Free you from the hassle of daily element replacement and cleaning, - Prevent the short stoppages that occur with each element change. Since it is not a cartridge type like string-wound filters or bag filters, there are no issues with the disposal of industrial waste. 【Features】 ◆ Capable of automatically keeping the interior clean (backwashing) while filtering ◆ Contributes to cost reduction through automation and labor-saving ◆ The backwashing method utilizes the expansion wave energy of compressed air for high-efficiency cleaning ◆ Robust design with high durability 【For more details, please feel free to contact Ball Filter Japan's Land Sales Department at (078-331-8031).】
