We propose a non-stick composite treatment that has the highest non-adhesive effect, and even if it does adhere, it can be easily wiped off, which has been confirmed through actual samples. 1. The contact area with passing products is very small, demonstrating high non-adhesiveness (even duct tape does not stick at all). The effectiveness of the non-adhesive property has been confirmed in comparison with other surface treatments. 2. The ease of wiping has also been confirmed (Note: For substances that are semi-dry or do not harden, wiping may spread them out, making it difficult to wipe off effectively). 3. Unlike treatments (products) made solely from fluororesin, this treatment has strong durability and wear resistance, allowing for the use of hard scrapers (excluding sharp objects) for wiping. However, since it can be easily wiped off, this is rarely necessary. 4. As shown in the cross-section, the surface has irregularities, particularly with non-adhesive materials embedded in the recesses. The pre-ceramic protects the non-adhesive material and continuously supplies it to the convex surfaces, maintaining non-adhesiveness, wear resistance, and strength, thus achieving a long lifespan. 5. There are four types of pre-ceramic thermal spray, two types of blast processing materials, and a coating of non-adhesive material, allowing for selection based on application, and the non-adhesive effect can be demonstrated in different locations with varying conditions.
