The weight and size of the products to be transferred cannot be accommodated by standard pass boxes. 2. Due to the weight of the products, we would like to install a conveyor. 3. It is proposed to set up a product transfer room in the corner of the clean room and use it as a pass box. Points: 1. Construct a room measuring 1000x1000xH2500 by building two existing walls and two new insulated panels. Make some of the walls detachable so they can be removed for floor cleaning. 2. Install vertically sliding doors made of high-strength, lightweight materials at the openings. 3. Install SUS free conveyor tables and free conveyors, designed to be removable for cleaning. 4. Install differential pressure dampers on the walls of both the clean room and the pass box to maintain cleanliness.
