The QF type flasher is an electronic flasher designed for LED bulbs. LED bulbs are energy-efficient, but when switching from the off state to the on state, a massive current known as "inrush current" flows momentarily, which can be several hundred times the normal current. Therefore, using a standard flasher designed for incandescent bulbs with LED bulbs can risk damaging the flasher (such as overheating of the fuse, damage to the triac, or burning of the wiring).
