◆Deodorization of exhaust odors during supplement manufacturing We received a consultation from a supplement manufacturing factory regarding measures to eliminate exhaust odors in the surrounding area. During the food cooking process in manufacturing, sulfur and burnt odors were generated, and the existing biological deodorization system was no longer sufficient, prompting plans for the installation of a new deodorization system. Due to concerns about minimizing running costs, we conducted a demo test using oxidizing functional water, which resulted in a deodorization efficiency of 99.5%. Simulation results also indicated that achieving a 99.5% deodorization rate would result in odorless levels at the property boundary, leading to the installation of the system across all six exhaust lines. We provided a complete set of deodorization equipment, including installation work, duct work, and piping work. ◆Measures to address odors generated during the ceramic manufacturing process that are dispersing into the surrounding area For the exhaust from our headquarters manufacturing plant, which has an airflow of 80m3/min, we proposed deodorization by spraying oxidizing functional water using a special spray device within a chamber box. This oxidizing functional water has a very high deodorization efficiency, and a significant advantage is that the running costs are very low.
