Efficient property analysis system for polymers
By combining a high-speed response corona sensor with a low-heat-capacity arena furnace, we have achieved a maximum heating and cooling rate of 500°C/min, which was impossible with conventional heat flow DSC. The excellent cooling function also allows for the measurement of polymer crystallization. The device features a compact design that can be used in various locations, and with the inclusion of an auto-sample changer capable of automatic measurement and analysis of 20 samples, it is ideal for routine measurements.
