basic information
● The mortar filling specification reduces walking noise. By adding factory-filled fiber-reinforced concrete to the treads, the soundproofing effect has been enhanced. The fiber-reinforced concrete, made from cement materials, is resistant to fire, water, and cracking, while also being lightweight. Of course, it does not contain harmful substances such as asbestos. ● It also demonstrates high performance as a temporary staircase. The treads are flat and easy to walk on, and water does not accumulate. Additionally, it has excellent wear resistance for temporary use, ensuring a safe and easy working passage. ● Finishing work is also easy and can be done reliably. The surface of the treads is made of steel plates, making it easy to adjust the substrate for floor finishing materials, and adhesion can be done securely. ● The landings have a flat underside. The flat structure of the underside enhances its aesthetic appeal. ● There are fewer on-site labor hours, and work is efficient. The fiber-reinforced concrete for the treads is pre-set in the factory, eliminating the need for wire mesh installation or concrete pouring on-site, and no curing period is required. Additionally, it resolves the issue of stair contamination from on-site poured concrete during construction.
