We propose a Blastron coating that excels in slip resistance and wear resistance, while being gentle on the material being handled. Points: 1. The surface forms fine R-shaped roughness, which improves slip resistance by reducing the contact area with the conveyed items. 2. Each protrusion of the roughness is R-shaped, making it difficult to scratch soft conveyed items. Available in six different roughness levels. 3. The coating material itself has a hardness of approximately HV1200, providing excellent wear resistance and high durability.
