We proposed a blastron coating that combines wear resistance and slip properties. Blastron has a hardness of around HV1000 and a high adhesion level, so it hardly wears out. Points: 1. It complies with the Food Sanitation Act, so it can be used safely. 2. The initial slip performance is slightly inferior to that of fluoropolymer coatings, but there is almost no decline in performance. 3. Unlike fluoropolymers, it does not become charged, so there is no concern about adhesion due to static electricity generation.
