Solve issues with fluid wear using Dycron treatment!
We received an inquiry from a machinery manufacturer regarding the nozzles (cast φ50×300L) in their cleaning line, which are experiencing wear due to fluid pressure loads on the inner surface, causing them trouble. Issues: 1. Every time a leak occurs due to erosion wear, they have to replace the nozzles as consumables, resulting in labor and costs. 2. They were considering applying a thick layer of hard chrome plating (approximately 150μ).

We propose a Dycron treatment that excels in adhesion and erosion resistance. 1. Dycron provides excellent protective effects against surface damage (Note: cavitation erosion) that occurs when the propellers of pumps and turbines operate at high speeds. 2. While cast materials can achieve sufficient lifespan effects, SUS materials have fewer surface irregularities and are smoother, so we recommend processing with Dycron for even longer lifespans. 3. Dycron also excels in wear resistance, so long lifespans can be expected without thick application. This time, we proposed a thickness of 50μ.
