This led to issues such as the edges of the conveyor belt contacting the worn rollers, causing fraying, and the belt tearing vertically due to burrs. The worn rollers also became a cause of belt misalignment. Points: 1. Standard rollers do not have specific wear-resistant measures on their surfaces. 2. When problems occur, the line must be stopped for recovery work to be carried out. 3. In some cases, the torn belt must be replaced. 4. The conveyed items contain moisture and are prone to adhesion.
