Generally, a vibration method is used for powder sifting, but it tends to scatter easily into the surroundings. Additionally, changes in seasonal conditions or the origin of cocoa powder can lead to the disadvantage of uneven distribution. Therefore, Kamata Industries has developed a dedicated device that can uniformly sprinkle powder by observing and analyzing actual work processes and combining a mesh with a resin-made rotating blade. Points: 1. By forcibly pushing the powder through the mesh with the rotating blade, it can be sprinkled evenly without unevenness. 2. The powder falls only in the vertical direction, preventing scattering to the surroundings. 3. The structure is designed for easy disassembly, improving cleanability. 4. By making the blade rotation speed variable, it can accommodate changes in powder viscosity. *By changing attachments, it is possible to create various decoration patterns.
