All products except for the "Eco Taro" lamp, which is a non-electrode (LVD) lamp, are produced domestically.
"Eco Taro" PJ150N
Replace mercury lamps nationwide with the "Eco Taro" electrodeless lamps! They have a long lifespan of 60,000 hours. PSE and Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications type certification obtained. Assembled and inspected by Japanese personnel.
60,000 hours of long lifespan. You will forget about lamp replacement. The power consumption is about one-third compared to mercury lamps, and instant lighting and instant re-lighting are possible. Compared to LED, the 300 lux of the electrode-less lamp appears brighter than the 500 lux of LED. Why does 300 lux appear brighter than 500 lux? Brightness is expressed in lux, but the perceived brightness by the human eye has a parameter called "pupil lumen," and the brightness multiplied by this parameter is the actual brightness seen by the eye. When using a 40W fluorescent lamp as a reference, the pupil lumen for LED and mercury lamps is 0.8, while for the electrode-less lamp, it is 1.92. In other words, when you multiply the 500 lux of LED by the pupil lumen of 0.8, you get 400 lux, and when you multiply the 300 lux of the electrode-less lamp by the pupil lumen of 1.92, you get 576 lux. Therefore, the perceived brightness is higher for the electrode-less lamp. In practice, when a client required an illuminance of 500 lux, the technical department of a publicly listed company accepted this theory for a design of 300 lux. Since there are no filaments or discharge electrodes, it is resistant to vibrations and does not produce defects like LED in press factories.

basic information
What is a non-electrode lamp? As the name suggests, a non-electrode lamp is a lamp without electrodes. Conventional lighting fixtures like fluorescent lamps and mercury lamps have a limited lifespan due to the degradation or breakage of their electrodes, but non-electrode lamps have no electrodes to begin with, resulting in a longer lifespan. However, the lifespan is defined as the point when the brightness reaches 70% of its original level. The lifespan of the "Eco Taro" lamp is 60,000 hours. Why is it bright? The non-electrode lamp "Eco Taro" has a larger emitting surface area compared to mercury lamps and LEDs, which means that there is no afterimage when viewed directly. This indicates that the pupil does not constrict. As a result, the pupil lumen is more than twice that of mercury lamps and LEDs, making it appear twice as bright at the same illuminance (lux). This phenomenon is similar to how the lantern-like lighting used in nighttime road construction is not blinding yet allows for clear visibility in all corners. The human pupil varies in diameter between 2 mm and 8 mm, resulting in a 16-fold change in area. Additionally, non-electrode lamps emit light in three wavelengths, allowing for a natural perception of light. Pupil lumen Pupil lumen quantifies whether the pupil of the eye opens or closes based on the brightness of light.

I have experience in various jobs such as electrical work, antenna installation, designing and manufacturing hospital furniture and TV timers, as well as operating coin laundries, and I have come to where I am today. I want to utilize the know-how I have gained from working with products to be of help to everyone, even in a small way. That is my sincere feeling. Starting in the fiscal year 2013, I began to develop a replacement product for mercury lamps used in warehouses and factories called "electrode-less lamps." These "electrode-less lamps" are excellent for significantly reducing power consumption. Furthermore, they have a longer lifespan than LEDs and provide lighting that is closest to sunlight, while also keeping costs down. They contribute to increased work efficiency and energize companies. We are not just selling products. We will solve any problems you may have. Please feel free to contact us.
