Screw piles are optimal for the construction of solar power generation foundations. They are made from steel pipes equivalent to SS400 material and are treated with a corrosion-resistant coating of hot-dip galvanized film with a thickness of over 80μm on the surface. There are mainly two types: with flanges and without flanges. Screw piles with an outer diameter of Φ76 and lengths of 1200mm, 1600mm, 1800mm, and 2000mm are commonly used for solar power foundations.
