The "CPI-WX001" is a device that can transmit audio wirelessly to a remote location. The main unit sends audio data wirelessly from USB or line/optical digital, and the subunit receives that signal and outputs it as line/optical digital. In the case of USB or optical digital, it can transmit audio source data to a distant location without modification, allowing for high-quality playback.
