With the cleaning nozzle for sludge attachment measures, cleaning is a breeze. We have added a cleaning nozzle to the top of the grinding disc, increasing the water flow rate to three times that of before (compared to our previous model). This reduces the sludge that adheres internally, making sludge removal cleaning easier than before. (Please note that maintenance is still necessary.)

With the shaving amount reference plate, adjusting the shaving amount is easy. By using the "shaving amount reference plate" (for SPEED 2 / 3) that can be set in the timer section, you can set your preferred shaving amount, such as "5mm" or "3mm," at the speed you choose. (Please note that the shaving amount is only a guideline. The actual shaving amount may vary due to various factors such as the strength/type of the test specimen, the strength of the specimen holder, and the condition of the grinding wheel.)

With the water supply filter, maintenance is easy. It helps prevent malfunctions caused by clogging of sprinkling nozzles, pipes, and solenoid valves. In particular, it reduces the maintenance burden for users who use industrial water.

We manufacture under thorough quality control! During production, we carefully adjust each machine using a gap gauge to ensure that the specimen and the grinding disk are at a right angle and do not deviate to the left or right. Additionally, after installing the grinding disk, we actually polish the specimen and check its flatness. (We provide a certificate of inspection with the product.)
