TB3510LC is a masterbatch with a hardness of 50 degrees that meets the recent demand for smaller quantities of chloroprene rubber while also possessing physical properties such as a tensile strength of over 10 MPa and low specific gravity. It is a rubber compound weighing 21 kg, which includes 1 kg of curing agent batch attached to 20 kg of A-mixed rubber. By mixing these together, CR final rubber (hardness 50 degrees) can be produced. For example, if 5 kg of rubber material is needed, 250 g of curing agent batch should be used and mixed in. For users who do not have rubber mixing rolls, we can also process and deliver the final product for you (additional processing fees apply). Additionally, we offer standard batches with hardness ranging from 40 to 80 degrees. Please check the product description section for various physical properties!
