Processing technology that can polish shafts with complex shapes!
We have developed a "work contour-following" film polishing device that utilizes conventional film polishing methods from various angles, allowing the contact roller to be pressed against not only the outer circumference of cylindrical objects but also at optimal angles on the workpiece's contour. 【Features】 ○ The polishing head can be pressed against the workpiece's polishing surface at an optimal angle. ○ By rotating two types of contact rollers, a wide range of polishing processes is possible. ○ The polishing head can swing up to 90°, allowing for polishing up to the edge.
